About the Project:
In February of 2007, Makins+Ladna Design Inc. embarked on the design development of a refurbishment of 5 & 7 Concorde Place in North York, Ontario. The purpose of the project was to maintain a competitive edge in the condominium marketplace by renovating the 74 common area corridors in Towers 5 and 7.
Products Used:
On the walls, a Versa Second Look Wallcovering was specified and installed. Provided by Crown Wallpaper & Fabrics, it is the first post-consumer recycling program offered by a vinyl wallcovering manufacturer. The pattern used in this project was ASL76538 Panama Linen-Col: Sugar Cane and ASL76137 Panama Linen-Col: Lino.
