About the Project:
This uninspired and dated space was transformed into a sleek, stylish loft.
A chef's dream kitchen includes miele appliances, custom polished concrete counterop with breakfast bar, high gloss laminate and glass cabinetry tied together with unusual Spanish tumbled marble and glass backsplash.
Brazilian cherry wood flooring throughout is offset by a palate of cool charcoal and warm taupe.
The stairs become a stunning feature with stainless steel cable railing system against a backdrop of texture from the granite wall and the lit stairs leading to the loft bedroom with custom frosted glass closet system.
