About the Project:
This penthouse was entirely remodeled and reconfigured from a two bedroom condo to a sleek yet functional loft style living space.
The previous galley style kitchen was redesigned to create an open flow to the living space while cleverly maximizing the waterfront views from every angle.
Design nuances to note are the unusual polished concrete ceilings as highlighted by recessed directional lighting, glass and stainless steel railing allowing light to penetrate from the rooftop deck to the floors below, granite wallpaper and frosted glass walled master ensuite.
Minimalist in it's grandeur, this is now waterfront living at it's finest!
