About the Project:
This magnificent penthouse encompassed two entire floors with 360 degree views and walls of glass. Having barely been touched since construction in the early 1980's, the entire 4400 sq ft was renovated to reflect a modern, sleek environment featuring unusual 3" corian countertops contrasting with ebony and lacquer cabinetry in the kitchen.
Textured wallpaper in the large master bedroom lends a warm, intimate air leading to the stunning master ensuite complete with marble encased jacuzzi soaker tub.
Beautiful imported tile throughout the main floor creates a sophisticated air to offset the contemportary furnishings. A home in the sky to relax, entertain and enjoy the view.
